Whenever immediate delivery is not available, your order will have an approximate production and delivery timeframe of one month. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, size, imperfections in the composition, and/or tortuous or barely noticeable insertion of the logo into the ceramic are not considered defects. Therefore, these items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Considering the information above, we ensure that the items sent to the customer will be similar and not identical to what is shown in their presentation images.
