Whenever immediate delivery is not available, your order will have an approximate production and delivery timeframe of one month. In such cases, we will inform our customers using the contact details provided at registration.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, minor variations in color, size, imperfections in composition, and/or crooked or barely perceptible logo placement on the ceramic are not considered defects. Therefore, these items will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
